What is Somatic Ascension Coaching?

While I truly believe we’re all our own inner Guru, sometimes we need someone else to reflect our patterns in a way that helps us understand ourselves better.In these unique sessions, we use breathwork and somatic releases to heal blocks in your cellular/energy matrix and create beautiful openings in life. We all have a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual matrix that constantly process relationships and energy exchange with the environment. Sometimes we need help clearing blocked energy, gaining clarity into life situations, healing wounds, and staying accountable to our highest vision of reality.

Clients who participate in the SAC series report feeling a calm mental mind, emotional security, and begin integrating their Higher Awareness into everyday human experiences. To bring the teachings home, you will be responsible for completing 'homework' and daily practices between SAC sessions. We have a spirit and a root, both must work in tandem as you create a life of inspiration.
