The Inner Temple Series is a 3-part, self-paced immersion into breathwork, energy healing, and intuitive embodiment. Over the course of three weeks—one week per module—you will be gently guided to reconnect with your body, clear energetic stagnation, and awaken the deeper truth of who you are.

Through daily breathwork journeys, wisdom talks, and meditative practices, you’ll learn to regulate your nervous system, restore vitality, and reclaim the parts of your spirit that have been hidden or silenced.


Week 1 – Foundations of Light


Begin by laying a stable inner foundation.
Learn functional breath, core meditation techniques, and how to access your dominant clair-sense.
Connect with your inner guidance and meet the key aspects of your psyche: the ego, shadow, inner child, teen, higher self, and inner parent.
This week anchors you in clarity and prepares the ground for lasting transformation.

Each day enjoy a AM Breathwork Practice, Wisdom Talk Lecture, Afternoon Ritual, and a guided Sleep Meditation.





Week 2 – Mapping the Energy Body


Explore the energetic anatomy of your being.
This week introduces quantum energy principles and the roots of health and disease from an energetic perspective.
Through breath and somatic awareness, you’ll learn to track and shift energy, supporting intuitive healing and energetic balance.

This module deepens your practice with more dynamic breath sessions, guided energy explorations, and integration work.

You’ll begin to attune to the non-physical dimensions that surround and inform you—inviting support from spiritual guides and activating your higher self.





Week 3 – The Mythic Threshold


Reclaim the feminine wisdom woven through your soul.

Journey through the history of the Sacred Feminine—from ancient shamanic lineages to the spiritual systems of the Neolithic era.
Begin healing micro-traumas, emotional blocks, and inherited patterns that no longer serve your life-force.
This is where you return to your body as the vessel of essence.
