Focused solely on the breathwork portion of our comprehensive hybrid teacher training, you'll learn how to assist individuals in their healing process through our trademark breathwork sessions and hypnotic meditation techniques.

As a Breathwork-only trainee, you'll gain exclusive access to our foundational prerequisite library, meditation library, Breathwork library, and mythology library. This unique offering caters to those passionate about guiding others through the realms of breathwork and hypnotic meditation, without delving into energy medicine or establishing a healing business. Our curriculum emphasizes trauma-informed coaching methods and advanced breathwork principles, providing you with the skills and expertise needed to guide others on their healing journey.

Please Note that one in-person training week and 15 practice sessions are required for graduation. This commitment is a small investment in the immense impact you can make as a breathwork facilitator.
