Continue the Inner Journey to Reclaim Your Most Vital Essence

Do you find yourself repeating the same patterns in life, unable to break free from the shackles of your past? Are you yearning for true joy, intimacy, and abundance but feel trapped by invisible barriers?

Alchemy of Healing Part 2 is not just another self-help course. It's an essential exploration into the depths of your inner being, shedding light on the armoring and survival techniques you adopted in childhood that continue to hold you back today. Whether you're always bending over backward to please others, feeling like the lone wolf, or chasing that elusive perfection, we're here to help you break free.

This course focuses on Inner Child Healing. In our journey through life, we often sequester fragments of our true essence in the 'basement of consciousness' – a place where we hide away to fit in, feel safe, or seek intimacy. But what if I told you that these forgotten pieces hold the key to unlocking your fullest potential?

Inner child work is the transformative process of venturing into the depths of our being to retrieve these lost fragments, dusting them off with love and compassion, and welcoming them back into the light of conscious awareness. It's about embracing every facet of who we are – the joyful, the wounded, and everything in between – and giving our total self permission to exist.

In this transformative journey, we delve into the pioneering work of Willam Reich, a trailblazer in the field of somatic therapy, to unravel the layers of emotional armor that have accumulated over the years. Through a series of guided exercises and introspective sessions, you will:

  • Identify and Release Old Patterns: Gain insight into the unconscious patterns and behaviors that have been dictating your life, and learn powerful techniques to release them at their core.
  • Harness the Power of Breath: Discover the profound impact of conscious breathing techniques in releasing tension, trauma, and emotional blockages stored in the body.
  • Cultivate Authenticity: Uncover your true essence and align with your authentic self, paving the way for genuine connections, fulfillment, and abundance in all areas of life.

Welcome Home!

"Knowing oneself comes from attending with compassionate curiosity to what is happening within. To really get to know yourself, you must be open to the 'real' you."

FACTS AND COMMON QUESTIONS ABOUT TRAUMA HEALING

What is Trauma?

Trauma is an emotional wound. It is not only linked to acute events, like war, car accidents, or assault. Trauma is anything that is anything that is too much, too soon, or too fast for our nervous system to handle without becoming overwhelmed. This can take many forms such as a child feeling bullied at school, unsettled family life, or emotional neglect by their family at home. Or adult realities, such as severe work, death of a loved one, financial stress, or relationship disharmony.

What happens during trauma?

At the cellular level, the body experiences a surge of intense fight or flight energy and stress hormones. Our bodies need to feel safe and a sense that the threat is over in order for our nervous system to come back into a state of rest and balance. If the body doesn’t return to a neutral state, a stressor is long lasting, or the trauma is so severe or sudden we can go into a ‘freeze response,’ otherwise known as dorsal vagal shutdown. On the outside, the freeze response appears calm, but internally there is still a huge amount of fight or flight energy. Being stuck in the freeze response is why we can still suffer from something that happened to us months, years, or even decades ago.

What is trauma healing?

Healing trauma is about going from ‘trying to survive’ to ‘thriving.’ It is about coming out of the freeze response in body and mind. It is about restoring the energy flow in the nervous system. It is about returning to a place we can we can connect with ourselves, feel relaxed, and present.

Is it too late to start releasing stored trauma?

Never. Our body and psyche’s are built to heal, and our nervous system patterns can change. We can heal from trauma; it just takes courage, commitment, and a willingness to feel.

How can I heal my trauma?

There are many different approaches to to trauma healing. Some are more 'top down' and focus on talk therapy, hypnosis, or medication. Then there are the 'bottom up' or somatic methods such as breathwork, felt sense practices, and nutrition. These focus on releasing trauma stored in the body, nervous system and energy system.
